Abstract

This paper is devoted to the development of a methodology for improving the efficiency of milling complex-profile parts from titanium alloys by suppressing vibrations through adaptive control of cutting tool paths. The study includes an analysis of the factors of the milling process dynamics, the development of a mathematical model to minimize vibration disturbances, and the creation of algorithms for generating adaptive trajectories. Experimental verification of the proposed methodology has been carried out, showing a reduction in surface roughness by 24% and an increase in tool life by 35% compared to traditional approaches. The results of the work are of practical importance for the aviation and automotive industries.
