Abstract

The efficiency of CNC milling equipment directly determines the cost, timing and quality of products, which requires a systematic approach to its assessment. The basis of this approach is the Overall performance Indicator (OEE), which combines three key aspects: readiness, productivity and quality. Along with the technical parameters, the economic component is analyzed - payback, maintenance costs and consumables, which makes it possible to reasonably form and optimize the machine park. The systematization of indicators serves as a basis for comparing equipment models, identifying the causes of downtime and reducing defects, and multifactor criteria such as cost of ownership, production capabilities and adaptability to the product range ensure load balancing. The proposed set of measures forms an objective basis for management decisions and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, taking into account the introduction of digital technologies and artificial intelligence.
