Monitoring and Development Prospects of the Residential Real Estate Market in the Pskov Region
Abstract
The article presents a study of the current situation in the residential real estate market of the Pskov Region and forecasts prospects for its development, taking into account regional specifics. Monitoring of the housing market has identified problems hindering its normal, sustainable functioning. The developed recommendations for its improvement are aimed at achieving an important goal: increasing the socio-economic efficiency of the program for the development of the residential real estate market in the Pskov Region and improving the quality of life of citizens.
