Characteristics and effectiveness of the use of enzyme drugs in feeding of lactating cows
Abstract
The realization of the genetic potential of dairy cattle is determined primarily by the complete feeding. Feeding is a complex process of interaction between the animal’s body and the feed products entering it. In this process, feed nutrients affect the animal’s body not in isolation from each other, but in a complex. The main indicator of this complex is its balance in accordance with the needs of animals in a certain physiological state and level of productivity. The purpose of the work was to provide a comparative characteristic of new generation enzyme drugs in feeding of lactating cows. In the work based on the use of literature sources, the characteristics of enzyme drugs of domestic and foreign production Cellobacterin and Fibrozyme have been given. A physiological experiment was carried out to determine the digestibility of nutrients in rations and to study the state of energy and nitrogen metabolism. It was found that the intake of enzyme drugs by cows of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups affected the digestibility of nutrients in the rations. Cows fed with enzyme drugs digested nutrients better. The coefficients of digestibility of the main nutrients of the feed were higher in the 1st and 2nd experimental groups compared with the control group: dry matter by 1.08 and 4.65 abs.% (p
