Sustentabilidade tecnológica na gestão universitária: a emissão de diploma digital como inovação

The advent of document digitization has favored the implementation of environmental management in organizations. In this scenario, the Ministry of Education, by means of Ordinance No. 117/2021, extended and established a deadline for Higher Education Institutions to implement the issuing of digital diplomas (by December 2021). UFPA's Academic Records and Indicators Centre (CIAC) has not yet begun to modernize this process. This work has identified administrative and technological obstacles to issuing digital diplomas at UFPA, as well as pointing out management strategies for UFPA to comply with the normative guidelines defined by the Ministry of Education, from the perspective of sustainability.
