Abstract
In a patient with severe tubular injury requiring dialysis post hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, the kidney biopsy demonstrates focal-positive human herpesvirus 6 immunoreactivity in red in tubular epithelium (400×) elucidating the pathogen-esis of the injury.
