ENHANCING HEALTHCARE PERFORMANCE: TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT EFFECTIVENESS IN TIRUCHIRAPPALLI'S MULTI-SPECIALTY HOSPITALS
Abstract
Training and development is crucial towards the efficiency of the workforce within the healthcare sector, since efficient training increases the level of knowledge among employees, professional skills and the standard of service delivery.Multispecialty hospitals must have a system of continuous learning in order to sustain quality care of patients and operational excellence.This paper will explore the concepts of the effectiveness of structured training programmes at multispecialty hospitals in Tiruchirappalli and assess the effect of the initiatives on the performance, productivity, and quality of healthcare services of employees.The views of both clinical and administrative staff are taken into account during the research.
