Abstract

The article considers the issue of developing tools for evaluating projects for the creation of innovative high-tech facilities, taking into account the human factor. The toolkit is a practical application of the sociophysical paradigm, which consists in the fact that economic, social, informational, technological, technical and other characteristics and properties are considered as aspects of a socio-physical type of object, which is one of the forms of a living intellectual object. Quantitative consideration of the human factor in socio-physical objects opens up the possibility of conducting a comparative end-to-end assessment of its impact on the characteristics of the designed product, and also creates the basis for the formation of new project management tools for the development of infrastructure and technology. The generated tools can be used to manage innovative projects for the creation of high-tech facilities with a long life cycle.
