Сельскохозяйственная безопасность страны: вызовы и пути обеспечения

В статье исследованы теоретические и практические аспекты сельскохозяйственной безопасности РФ. Проанализировано состояние сельхозземель, выявлены ключевые вызовы: деградация почв, технологическая зависимость, кадровый дефицит. Рассмотрены вопросы рационального землепользования, цифровизации АПК и роли сельхозпредприятий в обеспечении продовольственной независимости. Определены приоритеты госполитики: развитие инфраструктуры, усиление госконтроля, внедрение инноваций. Результаты применимы при разработке стратегий устойчивого развития сельского хозяйства на федеральном и региональном уровнях. The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring agricultural security in the Russian Federation under current conditions. The state of agricultural land has been analysed, and key threats affecting the sustainability of the agrarian sector — including soil degradation, technological dependence, and workforce shortages — have been identified. Special attention is given to the rational use of land, digitalisation of the agro‑industrial complex, and the role of agricultural organisations in building the country’s food independence. Priority areas of state policy aimed at strengthening agricultural and food security have been outlined, including infrastructure development, improving the efficiency of state control, and the introduction of innovative technologies. The research findings can be used in developing strategies and programmes for sustainable agricultural development at both federal and regional levels.
