Abstract
OPEC+. The article analyzes structural changes in the global oil market under conditions of deglobalization and growing geo-economic fragmentation. The relevance of the study is driven by the reconfiguration of trade flows, rising logistics costs, and the emergence of price duality after 2022. The aim of the research is to identify key directions of market restructuring and assess their impact on pricing and institutional regulation. The methodology is based on statistical and comparative analysis of IEA, World Bank, and Eurostat data for 2019–2025. The results show that deglobalization intensifies regionalization of oil trade, increases transaction costs, and strengthens the stabilizing role of OPEC+.
