Abstract

This repository contains in situ spatial transcriptomics data generated in fall 2023. The data were generated using the Xenium Multi-Tissue panel without multimodal cell segmentation and the CosMx Universal Cell Characterization panel, and were used in the spatial platforms comparison study by Cervilla et al. (2025). If you are interested in the same samples profiled with other spatial transcriptomics technologies, see also: Visium v1, Visium v2/CytAssist, and Visium HD: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17999961 XeniumMT and Xenium5K: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18000256
