Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into marketing in Morocco is experiencing growing development, but it also raises numerous ethical and strategic questions. As Moroccan companies accelerate their digital transformation, they face challenges related to the adoption of AI in adapting their marketing campaigns while ensuring the responsible use of personal data. This article is structured around three main axes: the impact of AI on the design and personalization of marketing campaigns, its role in predicting purchasing behavior, and the ethical issues associated with protecting consumer data. The study adopts a documentary approach, including an analysis of scientific literature, market reports, and local case studies. The objective is to identify the dominant trends of AI in marketing, assess ethical and regulatory challenges, and propose recommendations for the effective and ethical adoption of AI. The findings aim to provide an overview of the AI tools used by Moroccan companies to achieve advanced campaign personalization and a better understanding of consumer expectations. Finally, practical recommendations are proposed to encourage a balanced and ethical adoption of AI, thereby supporting the development of a sustainable relationship of trust with Moroccan consumers.
