Baynes Sound Integrated CTD pH O2 Instrument Deployed 2026-01-15

The Sea-Bird Deep SeapHOx V2 SN 721-2109 was deployed on 2026-01-15 at Baynes Sound. Baynes Sound is located between Denman Island and Vancouver Island. This device is a Integrated CTD pH O2 Instrument. The integrated CTD pH O2 Instrument allows for pH measurements to be combined with critical oceanographic and biological measurements of temperature, salinity, and oxygen. It was deployed on a profiling platform. Data from this deployment were archived and made available through Ocean Networks Canada's Oceans 3.0 digital infrastructure, with quality assurance and derived data products following established practices.
