CEBRA c-Fos Brain Imaging Data

This dataset is part of a whole-brain imaging project that uses ribbon scanning confocal imaging of cleared whole mouse brains that have been injected with saline or morphine, and sacrificed 1 or 4 hours post injection. These brains were stained for c-Fos neuronal activity marker to map the whole brain response to morphine exposure. This also contains training data for the cell classification models used in the experiment, small 3D image cubes cut out of larger images containing either examples of "cells" or "non-cells".
