ANALISIS KUALITAS APLIKASI “SINBAD-SOLUSI PESAN BARANG” MENGGUNAKAN STANDAR ISO 25010:2023

PT Sinbad Karya Perdagangan (PT SINBAD) is a B2B company using online applications. This application connects retailers with distributors to obtain various daily necessities or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to sell to consumers. One of these platform applications is Sinbad – Solusi Pesan Barang which operates every time but has not yet undergone international standards-based testing. This article discusses the activities and results of testing using the international method and standard ISO 25010: 2023 System and Software Quality Model. This ISO standard specifies 8 characteristics and 31 sub-characteristics, which must be tested to determine the value and quality predicate of a software. These eight characteristics are: 1. functional suitability, 2. performance efficiency, 3. usability, 4. compatibility, 5. reliability, 6. security, 7. maintainability, and 8. portability. For the “Sinbad – Solusi Pesan Barang”, there are only 4 relevant and available characteristics to be tested, namely: functional suitability, performance efficiency, reliability, and security, with a total of 12 sub-characteristics. Furthermore, 94 of statements that correspond to each sub-characteristic are compiled and check the conformity of each statement with the test findings; the results are expressed with a value of 1 (strongly disagree with the statement), 2 (disagree), 3 (agree), and 4 (strongly agree). Furthermore, the predicate and cumulative value of the test results given are very bad (value range 1-1.5), bad (1.51-2.5), good (2.51-3.5), and very good (3.51-4). Testing of the “Sinbad – Solusi Pesan Barang” was carried out from April 1, 2024 to May 24, 2024, at 09.00 to 17.00 WIB by the testing team using 3 brands of cellphones with RAM/storage as follows: Sony Xperia M 1/4 GB, Samsung Galaxy A505 6/128 GB, and Samsung S21 FE 8/256 GB. The cumulative value of functional suitability characteristics is 3.895, performance efficiency 3.93, reliability 3.19, and security 4; and the average value is 3.75 which means the overall predicate is very good.
