ЗНАЧЕНИЕ ПРЕСТИЖА СТРАНЫ НА МИРОВОЙ АРЕНЕ СКВОЗЬ ПРИЗМУ КОНЦЕПТА ИМПЕРИИ

В исследованиях, посвященных теме империй, ученые множества направлений находили огромное количество нюансов. Намереваясь обобщить накопленный опыт и результаты анализа, было совершено множество попыток структурировать понятие Империя, зачастую приводя к образованию ярлыка и формируя оценочное суждение, уходя от нейтральности научного знания. Оценки ученых звучали сквозь призму текущих концепций, их нарративы можно рассматривать как пропаганду текущей повестки и как желание развернуть взгляд на исторические события в рамках текущих интересов политических акторов в виде идеологической борьбы с теми, кто противоречит нынешней повестке, существующей на мировой арене. Увидеть процесс и цели формирования концепта империи в научном политологическом дискурсе позволяет учесть открытое в дальнейшем для возможности видеть возможную перспективу трансформации страны в империю, что является актуальным процессом, и дальнейший ее путь в империю-цивилизацию, как следующий этап развития. Многослойный концепт престижа страны непосредственно связан с концепцией империи и влияет на ее жизненный цикл, начиная от формирования самой идеи для империи, продолжая ее развитие, и заканчивая процессом утраты престижа и следующим за ним развалом империи. In research on the topic of empires, scientists from many fields have found a huge number of nuances. Intending to summarize the accumulated experience and the results of the analysis, many attempts have been made to structure the concept of Empire, often leading to the formation of a label and forming a value judgment, moving away from the neutrality of scientific knowledge. The scientists' assessments sounded through the prism of contemporary concepts; their narratives can be considered as propaganda of the current agenda and as a desire to expand the view of historical events within the framework of the current interests of political actors in the form of an ideological struggle against those who contradict the current agenda existing on the world stage. Recognizing the process and goals of the formation of the concept of empire in scientific political discourse allows us to take into account what is open in the future for the possibility of seeing the possible prospect of the country's transformation into an empire, which is an urgent process and its further path to empire-civilization, as the next stage of development. The multi-layered concept of the prestige of a country is directly related to the concept of empire and affects its life cycle, starting from the formation of the very idea for the empire, continuing through its development and ending with the process of loss of prestige and the subsequent collapse of the empire.
