Abstract

Dear Colleagues, Among all genitourinary malignancies, muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) is arguably the "winner" in 2025 when it comes to therapeutic progress. Two landmark phase III trials, KEYNOTE-905/EV-303 and IMvigor011, were presented at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) 2025 Congress and highlighted at the Swiss Oncology and Hematology Congress (SOHC).In particular, for the patient population addressed in KEYNOTE-905 -cisplatin-ineligible -this trial has delivered long-awaited advances to those historically underserved.
