Culpables de influir: el delito del 361 bis CP como castigo frente a la promoción de trastornos alimentarios a través de las TIC
Abstract
Article 361 bis of the Spanish Criminal Code, introduced in 2021, inaugurated a new frontier in criminal law: punishing the mere dissemination on social networks of content that promotes harmful practices among minors and persons with disabilities. This study examines how the Internet becomes a criminally relevant space of risk, analyzing the strengths, limits, and tensions of a crime as novel as it is controversial.
