Laboratory Simulation of Extreme Photon Redshift via Optical Confinement and Frequency Detuning
Abstract
We present the first laboratory-scale framework for simulating extreme cosmological redshift phenomena using a combined high-Q optical confinement and progressive frequency detuning method [1]. Unlike prior analogue-gravity experiments, our Trap–Redshift–Replication (TRR) approach confines photons in a nanoparticle-based optical trap and subjects them to cumulative GHz–THz detuning [2], [3]. This configuration enables controlled emulation of redshift magnitudes far exceeding previous optical analogues, while identifying a critical ”Confinement Wall” at z ≈ 0.014 where information leakage peaks [5]. We propose the Identity Maintenance Index (IMI) as a solution to the information paradox, suggesting that identity is anchored to the spacetime metric volume.
