Abstract

Mind-Tool is an AI-augmented system designed to create, maintain, and evolve long-term structured digital knowledge. Unlike conventional AI assistants that operate statelessly, Mind-Tool maintains an organized memory layer, a desired-state model, and a continuous reasoning engine that updates and restructures digital assets over time. Mind-Tool enables persistent project evolution, structured knowledge growth, and automated digital actions through MCP-supported tools. This paper introduces the Mind-Tool architecture, its operational pipeline, supported use cases, and its safety boundaries. The system is intended as a general-purpose cognitive augmentation framework for engineering, research, infrastructure management, and long-term knowledge work.
