Enhancing Arabic Chatbots: Addressing Dialectal Challenges and Proposed Solutions Using Generative AI

This research paper aims to collect and investigate users' perspectives on using Arabic Natural Language Processing (NLP) chatbots and how these perspectives are affected by the use of dialectal Arabic. The paper outlines the challenges that have hindered the utilization of Arabic NLP chatbots and proposes solutions to address these issues. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed solutions, a chatbot powered by generative AI was constructed.
