Abstract

We present an EEG-based tool for prehospital LVO stroke detection using a hybrid EMD-PSD feature representation and a lightweight classifier. In 67 patients, the method achieved 88% accuracy, demonstrating that compact EEG triage can support rapid routing decisions.
