Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Melalui Pendampingan Kelompok Sadar Wisata di Desa Tonasa Kabupaten Gowa

This community service activity was carried out with the main objective of analyzing the needs and providing in-depth understanding to the community of Tonasa Village, Gowa Regency, regarding the importance of Tourism Awareness and the implementation of the Sapta Pesona concept, in order to foster collective awareness in meeting the needs and expectations of tourists who will visit. The implementation method used was an effective combination of counseling, group discussions, and interactive question and answer sessions, designed to ensure maximum knowledge transfer and active participation from all participants. The results of this activity showed that the beneficiary community was able to comprehensively understand the multidimensional benefits they would enjoy if the village was successfully developed into a tourist village, thereby increasing their collective readiness and motivation to support sustainable tourism programs.
