FORMATION OF LEADERSHIP COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS IN DISTANCE LEARNING CONDITIONS
Abstract
Modern educational institutions need professionals who can lead change, develop educational programs, and implement innovative approaches to teaching. Pedagogical leadership goes beyond the classroom, encompassing management, communication, and strategic skills. In the conditions of distance learning, the problem of forming leadership competence of future teachers requires new approaches and pedagogical solutions. The article reveals the features of the formation of leadership competence of future teachers in the conditions of distance learning. It has been established that the formation of leadership competence of future teachers in distance learning conditions is a complex process that requires a systematic approach, updating the content and forms of professional training, as well as the active use of digital educational technologies. Distance learning creates both new opportunities and certain challenges for the development of leadership competence of future teachers. On the one hand, it promotes the development of independence, responsibility, time management skills, digital literacy, and the ability to work in a team in an online environment. On the other hand, limited direct interpersonal communication, reduced levels of emotional contact, and the difficulty of providing immediate feedback can complicate the development of leadership qualities. Effective formation of leadership competence in distance learning is possible with the targeted implementation of interactive pedagogical technologies. It is advisable to use project-based learning, case studies, role-playing games, online discussions, webinars, trainings, and collaboration on digital platforms. Such forms of work contribute to the development of initiative, critical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to make managerial decisions. We see prospects for further exploration in the study of technologies for the effective formation of leadership competence of future teachers in distance learning conditions.
