Abstract

The following text presents a reflection on the pregnancy of trans men and transmasculine people, focusing on support and care within the Brazilian Unified Health System (SUS). It addresses concepts of transmasculinity, sociocultural and legal aspects, as well as public policies aimed at the comprehensive health of the LGBTQIAPN+ population. Based on theoretical references, official documents, and experience reports, the text highlights initiatives such as the TransGesta Booklet and the Guide to the Pregnancy of Trans Men and Transmasculine People, which provide guidance for inclusive care practices. It also shares diverse experiences during prenatal care, childbirth, and the puerperium, pointing out both challenges and positive experiences in healthcare services. The text contributes to expanding knowledge on the subject and promoting strategies for humane, respectful, and appropriate care tailored to the specificities of this population.
