Abstract

One of the ways to increase the biological compatibility of metal intraosseous structures, traditionally made of titanium alloys, is to apply coatings to their surface using various methods. Tantalum oxides, hafnium oxides, and titanium-zirconium-niobium alloys can become promising materials for coating formation. The structural, morphological and mechanical characteristics of coatings obtained by the method of micro-arc oxidation under various technological modes of coating have been studied. The resulting coatings have a developed microrelief, microhardness 223...503 HV, increased abrasion resistance by 1.5 times.
