DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT MODELS FOR COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN RUSSIA

The article examines various features of the implementation of development processes using management models for commercial real estate development projects in Russia. Project management of construction and development activities in a highly competitive period becomes a complex block of subsystems of any business entity in the construction industry, especially complex tasks are faced by those enterprises that lease, manage and operate commercial real estate in various territories. The authors conclude that when functioning and implementing new methodological aspects and management criteria in modern development projects of commercial real estate, it is necessary to take into account the specificity of the real estate format, as well as its characteristics and features.
