ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT IN THE ORGANIZATION DURING THE TRANSITION TO A CLOSED-LOOP ECONOMY

The circular economy, being a priority model in Russia, requires a quick and effective transition of organizations to a new model. This requires changes to the organization’s management system, which involves the creation of a permanent change management commission, proper strategic planning for the modernization or implementation of new equipment and infrastructure, the creation of a unified information system and effective personnel management, taking into account the need to train employees on CE and increase motivation. Accordingly, further evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of changes is needed to determine the need to correct the change management measures and improve the efficiency of the organization’s transition to the CE. To correctly assess the effectiveness of change management, we have developed a comprehensive assessment methodology, which includes 4 blocks of change management in the organization (strategic planning, infrastructure, information support, personnel management).
