STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PETROCHEMICAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL INFLUENCES
Abstract
The authors propose a procedure for developing strategic action plans to ensure the competitiveness of petrochemical products, based on a comprehensive consideration of the impact of extreme factors and the capabilities of educational holdings. The article develops a three-level fuzzy cognitive model for the functioning of collaboration between petrochemical companies and educational institutions, allowing for the formalization of cause-and-effect relationships between extreme factors that contribute to the competitive potential of enterprises and the competitiveness indicators of products. The authors propose strategies for interaction between petrochemical companies and educational holdings, reflecting their varying levels of involvement in ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of production.
