HYBRID CONTROL MODE
Abstract
The features of management modes containing contradictory goals and means of their implementation are considered. Opacity, unpredictability and lack of a unified logic of decision-making in such orders are noted. Models (structural, functional, fields) for the study of hybrid modes are proposed. The hybrid behavior management regime prevents a direct clash of opposing goals and values and seeks to establish a balance of multidirectional aspirations in society. Direct total and uncompromising suppression of one of the parties involved in communications is dangerous.
