Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explore the essence of a systemic approach to management in the context of ensuring operational efficiency in an organization. Without delving into the full range of systemic properties and laws, as well as their implications, the article focuses on key aspects of systemic thinking in this area. Additionally, it examines the nature of the organization itself through the lens of systemic thinking, highlighting its relationship with these key aspects and its impact on ensuring operational efficiency. Attention is also paid to the problem of a superficial perception of the obligation and necessity of a systematic approach to management, due to the impression of the complexity of implementing seemingly simple rules, as well as doubts caused by the fascination with game theory, which offers short-term effective solutions in the context of a crisis due to the monetary situation.
