CIVILIZATION: PROBLEMS, SOLUTIONS
Abstract
The article examines agricultural developments and policy measures adopted by contemporary states, suggesting that certain approaches may be insufficient for ensuring long-term food security and, by extension, national resilience. This limitation appears to stem from theoretical assumptions that do not fully align with biogeochemical processes governing soil fertility. In this context, the paper highlights the importance of re-evaluating foundational principles of agricultural practice to support sustainable civilizational development.
