Abstract

The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of the Russian and Chinese models of talent development in the context of bilateral innovation cooperation. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to build mechanisms for interfacing educational trajectories to form an integrated personnel pool capable of ensuring technological leadership in both countries. The aim of the work is to identify the structural features of national talent development systems, identify the points of their conceptual divergence and substantiate the potential for institutional alignment. The methodological basis is the structural and institutional analysis of stages of specialist training. It is shown that the Russian system is focused on the cognitive component of giftedness and fundamental training, whereas Chinese talent relies on early integration of education and production. The identified discrepancies form the basis of institutional complementarity. Recommenda tions are proposed for the creation of end-to-end educational trajectories, the harmonization of diagnostic standards and the development of joint digital learning platforms.
