Abstract
This article analyzes the essential aspects of auditing as a way to improve the performance of transport organizations and identifies the specifics of auditing for transport companies. This is necessary to ensure their continued operation in unstable macroeconomic conditions and sanctions. Furthermore, the transport industry has significant operational specifics, which not only determines the specifics of how an organization operates but also the feasibility of conducting an audit tailored to the specifics of the industry.
