Abstract

Based on the study of the theories of liberalism and neoliberalism, the moral and ethical aspect of modern globalization is highlighted, aimed at the widespread dissemination of unacceptable European values for many and the complete exclusion of individual civilizations from the global cultural and historical process. The article examines the neoliberal model of globalization from various perspectives: ideological, political, and ideological, which made it possible to comprehensively identify and define its main characteristic features. The following alternative models are considered: communitarianism (rejection of individualism in favor of collectivism and cooperative cooperation); new pragmatism (formation of a qualitatively new system of values and moral principles, taking into account the basic ideas of pragmatism); balanced development theory or the theory of a combination of development circumstances (using a balanced economic model based on the triad: full economic balance, full social balance, full ecological balance).
