Abstract

This work is devoted to the study of key theoretical concepts and models underlying effective methods of employee incentives in modern organizations. The research examines various approaches to staff motivation, including theories of meaningful motivation (Maslow, Herzberg, McClelland) and procedural theories (Vroom, Ackford, Goldratt). Special attention is paid to the role of tangible and intangible rewards, as well as methods of forming an incentive system capable of increasing productivity, job satisfaction and employee loyalty. The article analyzes current trends and practical recommendations for the implementation of effective motivation systems, which makes the work relevant for management practice and human resource development in the organization.
