COMBINATORIAL NATURE OF APPLICATION OF MECHANISMS FOR IMPLEMENTING TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS IN THE ACTIVITIES OF ECONOMIC ENTITIES

In real economic conditions in the business sector, there is an urgent need to improve the efficiency of managing the processes of developing and implementing innovations in order to quickly respond to changing consumer demands, increase the quality of personnel, and increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. The article analyzes the nature of the essence of innovative development of enterprises, identifies the optimal options for the most effective mechanisms to ensure it in modern economic conditions. The criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of innovation mechanisms and the basic characteristics of innovation development and integration are highlighted. The main “bottlenecks” in the implementation of technological innovations have been identified. A model of innovative development has been formed as an adaptive mechanism in the process of enterprise management.
