FLOW METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION ORGANIZATION. TYPES AND PARAMETERS OF CONSTRUCTION FLOWS
Abstract
The article discusses the theoretical foundations, classification characteristics, and methodological aspects of using the flow method of organizing construction production as the most effective organizational and technological model for modern construction. It presents a systematization of the types of construction flows based on various classification criteria, including the extent of construction production coverage, the nature of rhythm, the degree of continuity, and the direction of flow development. The article provides a detailed analysis of the main parameters of construction flows and their relationships, and develops methodological approaches for calculating the temporal and organizational characteristics of equal-rhythm and non-rhythm flows. Special attention is paid to graph-analytical methods of modeling flow construction, including linear calendar schedules and cyclograms. The results of the study contribute to the development of the theory of construction production organization and can be used in the design of organizational and technological solutions for constructing buildings of various functional purposes.
