Abstract

The article examines the regional ecosystem, which is a self-developing and open socio-economic environment in which authorities, businesses, scientific and educational structures cooperate on the basis of network interaction to create and distribute innovative products. The importance of start-ups, which make it possible to form innovative ecosystems in the region and ensure the security and balance of the regional economy, is shown.
