Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the mechanisms of state regulation of the socio-economic development of the Lugansk People’s Republic during the transition period of its integration into the legal and economic space of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of regulatory legal acts, key areas of state influence were identified: the creation of special economic regimes, harmonization of legislation, the construction of social protection institutions and the judicial system. It was determined that the current regulatory model is of a comprehensive integration and recovery nature, combining direct budget financing with the formation of institutional foundations for long-term sustainable growth. A description of the main problematic issues of the integration process is presented and promising directions of state policy are proposed.
