Abstract

The development of digital technologies and online services has led to the possibility of not only traditional offline employment, but also totally remote and hybrid online + offline employment. The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics that need to be taken into account when managing teams/collectives of IT companies in the Russian Federation. Some of the teams in these companies are digital nomads in terms of their employment arrangements. When forming new teams, it is important to consider the potential for positive cultural fusion and the reduced likelihood of conflicts based on previous historical events.
