Abstract

This study examines technological cooperation between Russia and Turkey, focusing on security guarantees and promising development vectors. Key areas of technological interaction and the public and private companies of both countries involved in this process are identified. Security mechanisms and guarantees supporting this cooperation are identified. Based on this analysis, it is proposed to integrate existing security mechanisms and guarantees into a unified system capable of identifying priority areas for further cooperation between Russia and Turkey. The study concludes that, in order to effectively implement the development of technological ties between Russia and Turkey, a system of security mechanisms and guarantees is necessary, incorporating a set of measures developed by the author. Furthermore, leveraging the existing potential of technological cooperation will strengthen the technological autonomy and competitiveness of both countries’ economies, ensure their sustainable development, and make a significant contribution to shaping the global technological agenda.
