METHODOLOGY AND TOOLS FOR AUTOMATED IDENTIFICATION OF ECONOMIC SECURITY RISKS BASED ON RETROSPECTIVE DATA AND EXPERT ASSESSMENTS
Abstract
This article describes the development and testing of an automated system for the early identification of economic security risks (AS ERIES) to improve the level of economic security in regions. The article discusses the stages of system implementation and the assessment methodology, including analysis of retrospective data and expert assessments. Using the Republic of Tatarstan as an example, an analysis of socioeconomic indicators for 2022–2024 is conducted. Recommendations for improving the effectiveness of risk forecasting and monitoring are proposed.
