Abstract

The article explores the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies on the transformation of economic management models in the field of education. The study focuses on institutional, financial-organizational, and strategic aspects of AI integration into the managerial practices of educational institutions. The objective is to examine how the use of AI alters approaches to resource planning, decision-making processes, and performance evaluation within schools and universities. Based on the analysis of current empirical sources, including international reports and analytical databases, the paper compares traditional and AI-driven management models. The findings suggest that AI not only enhances technological efficiency but also reshapes the institutional logic of management by redistributing roles among educational stakeholders. The article offers recommendations for adapting existing governance models to the conditions of digital transformation.
