Abstract

Digital transformation in 2024–2025 is viewed not as the adoption of individual IT solutions, but as a structural shift in business process architecture, data models, and coordination mechanisms within organizations and supply chains. This article proposes an analytical framework for assessing digital transformation based on effect channels, measurable indicators, and conditions of feasibility. A typology of transformation maturity is introduced, distinguishing four levels from isolated digitalization to platform-based operating models. Drawing on official sources (OECD, World Bank, UNCTAD), empirical indicators are systematized, demonstrating that sustainable impact emerges only under organizational maturity, process integration, and controlled change. The paper emphasizes the need to move from declarative assessments to reproducible analy tical tools.
