THE THREAT OF BANKRUPTCY OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES IN RUSSIA IN MODERN REALITIES
Abstract
The Russian economy is currently adapting to new operating realities. A high key interest rate, the cancellation of several government programs, and general socioeconomic instability amid sanctions have led to a deterioration in the financial health of construction and development companies. Some experts have noted an emerging trend of bankruptcy among construction companies. This study assesses the bankruptcy probability of several Russian construc tion companies using three methods.
