Abstract

The article is devoted to the scenario based approach into management of the enterprise digital transformation within the context of sustainable (ESG) development. The study examines key aspects of management for enterprise digital transformation, demonstrates the relevance of ESG oriented digital transformation of an enterprise, identifies the necessity to account for ESG factors when formulating a corporate strategy in modern conditions, justifies the rationality of using scenarios in this field, and provides a basic classification of scenarios for enterprise digital transformation.
