REMOTE AND HYBRID EMPLOYMENT IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR: TRANSFORMING INCENTIVE SYSTEMS IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION
Abstract
This article analyzes the implementation of remote and hybrid employment in the Russian agricultural sector in the context of digitalization. Digital transformation, including precision farming, AI, and automation, economists, HR specialists, and managers. This increases labor mobility, reduces the shortage of specialists in rural areas, and optimizes resource management, but requires the adaptation of incentive systems. This article examines the transformation of motivation: from material incentives (salaries, bonuses) to complex incentives, including non-material ones (flexible schedules, online learning, virtual teams), and the balance of individual and collective interests. Challenges identified include a crisis of instrumental motivation, low satisfaction with working conditions, and the need for retraining for digital competencies. A model of a motivational system with target, managerial, and retraining components is proposed, aimed at increasing productivity and staff retention. Practical recommendations include HR digitalization, encouraging self-education, and creating expert teams for sustainable development in the agricultural sector. The study is relevant for managers of agricultural holdings, facilitating increased efficiency in the face of talent shortages and technological change.
