Abstract

The article analyzes Russian and international rating systems for high-tech companies as a tool for assessing their competitiveness and innovation potential. Using the example of the rating leaders, the relationship between the positions held, financial indicators, the volume of investments in research and development, as well as the applied methods of production organization and management is investigated. It has been established that sustainable leadership is provided by companies that systematically implement innovations, adapt business processes to market dynamics and make large-scale investments in technological development. Ratings serve a dual function: they capture the current state of the market and at the same time stimulate the development of companies by setting industry standards and creating a competitive environment.
