USE OF A PROBABILISTIC APPROACH TO ASSESSING THE STABILITY OF TERRITORIAL CONNECTIVITY

One of the conditions for the development of the Russian Federation is the connectivity of its territory, which is necessary for the development of the economy in all its subjects and regions and the establishment of contacts between economic entities in them for the exchange of goods, provision of services and exchange of experience. This requires a stable connection between individual regions, districts and even locations within the same municipality. The authors proposed and substantiated the use of an approach to assessing the stability of territorial connectivity based on certain provisions of probability theory and proposed ways to adapt it to real conditions, which are characterized by the complexity of existing transport and telecommunications systems in Russia.
